Should I bond the COM terminal to the ground lug on this transformer? Transformer, 300W, Stainless Steel, Multi-Tap Multi
I have my lights hooked up to the 14v output on this transformer, and COM to 14V, I show 14v. My concern is that COM to the case of the transformer shows 7.7v and 14V pin to the case shows 6.7v. Should I bond the COM terminal to the Case Ground Lug? The manual doesnt have any info on this... Thanks
